All health data — including glucose readings, lab results, and any information imported from Apple Health or MyChart — is stored exclusively on your device. T1D Command Center does not upload, transmit, or store your personal health information on any external server.
T1D Command Center is a personal data dashboard designed to help you view and organize your own health information. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations of any kind. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
The information displayed in the App — including glucose trends, lab result interpretations, and status indicators — is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diabetes management, medications, diet, or treatment plan.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of T1D Command Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any health decisions made based on information displayed within the App.
You are solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding your health and medical care. The App is a tool to help you stay organized — it is not a medical device and is not intended to replace the advice of your endocrinologist, primary care physician, or other healthcare professionals.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data displayed will be accurate or complete at all times. Data from connected services (such as Dexcom or Epic MyChart) is subject to the accuracy and availability of those third-party platforms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
